If there is one thing I love it’s buying a domain with traffic. I can then quickly look at where the traffic is coming from, which pages it’s hitting and build a mini-site to make money off of it instantly.

I picked up a domain from auction for $120, scraped the old website from Archive.org and put some adsense on it. Few weeks later and it’s making $10 per day.

Why do all the hard work in building a site when someone out there is just giving away the whole lot?

The interesting thing is that once you re-build a site on these domains they get indexed by google, usually re-gain their old rankings and the traffic can double or even triple.

Today I’m listing a bunch of domains in the Godaddy Auctions that have traffic. One domain has 60’000 visitors per month. What could you do with that much traffic?
